The Bogajaya Group is a retail and F&B business specializing in the airport industry. Originally a family-run venture selling small gifts to tourists in Surabaya, Indonesia, it has since expanded into a franchise expert.
Project Engagement
To revamp the existing website with a more professional look and feel while enhancing the UI/UX for an improved customer experience.
My Role
As a Project Manager, I was responsible for sourcing a website development agency for the project and managing the development process. I acted as the liaison between the agency and the client, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the project.
