The NUS Office of Admissions (OAM) is the admissions team of the National University of Singapore, responsible for recruiting high-performing students from around the world to join the university.
Content Strategy:
Understanding the Region
For this project, the agency was engaged to develop an integrated campaign that included Social Media, Email Marketing, and Meta Advertising β specifically targeting the Southeast Asian (SEA) market.
As part of the team, Hazkel helped source and feature dozens of students, focusing on unique and compelling stories that would resonate with prospective students from the region. The goal was to highlight real experiences and inspire SEA audiences to consider NUS as their top choice for higher education.
Content Production:
Working with Deadlines
The team was engaged at a late stage of the project, with an ambitious brief that included delivering a 24-post social media grid, 4 email marketing designs, and 4 YouTube videos β all within a one-month timeline.
To meet the tight deadline, Hazkel and the team implemented a staggered timeline strategy, enabling different divisions to work in parallel and support each other throughout the development process. This collaborative and solution-oriented approach ensured timely delivery without compromising quality.
Client Satisfaction:
Giving Professional Opinion
While it's often said that keeping the client happy is the golden rule, there are times when professional judgement must take precedence. In this project, some of the feedback provided by the client conflicted with insights we had about the target audienceβs preferences.
By communicating the rationale clearly and professionally, the team was able to gain the clientβs trust and proceed with strategies that aligned with the campaignβs goals. This level of integrity and expertise became one of the key reasons the client continued to return to the agency for future collaborations.
